2. Accounts & Access

3. Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service.
- Pricing is based on the number of assets or properties managed under your account, as defined in your subscription plan.
- An onboarding fee may apply unless waived under a multi-year agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
By using PostFolio.ai, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Services without written permission.
5. Content & Ownership
- You retain ownership of the content you create or upload within PostFolio.ai.
- By submitting content, you grant PostFolio.ai a limited license to store, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the platform.
- PostFolio.ai retains ownership of all underlying software, code, and proprietary materials.
6. Third-Party Integrations
PostFolio.ai may integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Entrata, AppFolio, or Yardi. These integrations are provided for your convenience. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our data collection and processing practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using PostFolio.ai, you consent to the handling of your data in accordance with that policy.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain consistent uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may temporarily impact service availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostFolio.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and any outstanding fees will remain payable.
